MarketBridge is a seller operations tool that connects a merchant’s own Shopify store and marketplace shop through OAuth. It prepares draft listings, aligns SKU inventory and brings paid orders into the merchant’s existing fulfilment workflow.
The application is complete and ready for controlled API testing. Marketplace functionality remains disabled until API access is approved.
Purpose
Designed to support selling—not replace the marketplace.
During personal access, MarketBridge will be used by a small invited test group of no more than five seller shops. Testing is free. Broader distribution will require separate Commercial API Access.

Order operations
Read paid orders from an authorized seller shop and create the corresponding fulfilment record in that merchant’s Shopify admin.

Privacy policy
Minimal data, clear purpose.
Information processed
MarketBridge processes seller-authorized catalog identifiers, SKU, inventory, listing and order information solely to provide the synchronization requested by that seller.
Customer information
When order import is enabled, the buyer email and delivery address are transferred directly into the seller’s authorized Shopify store. MarketBridge does not retain raw receipts, buyer emails or delivery addresses in its database.
Credentials and security
Platform authorization uses OAuth. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are not written to synchronization logs. Sellers are never instructed to generate or share API keys.
Control and deletion
A seller can disconnect a shop at any time. Uninstall and valid deletion requests remove the associated connection and operational records. Privacy requests can be sent to support@vallo.ai.

MarketBridge is provided by Vallo AI for controlled testing by invited sellers. Testers may use it only with shops and content they are authorized to manage and must comply with all applicable marketplace policies, including API testing rules, intellectual property requirements and product eligibility standards.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis during testing. Vallo AI makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be suspended to protect seller data, platform integrity or compliance.
